Battery Reconditioning
How Do They Work?
Using breakthrough square wave technology, These
electronic devices send a frequency signal to each crystal of lead
sulfate, causing it to dissolve into lead and sulfuric acid. This process is what
recondtitions your battery and
allows the electrical charge to be drawn from the battery
again.
These battery reconditioning units can be used for the following
applications:
• To recondition a dead or barely usable
battery, connect the electronic
device to the battery, along with your battery charger. A 6 - 10 amp
charger works best. This electronic device is powered by the battery and
only two wires need to be connected, one to each terminal of the battery.
Allow the battery to charge until the specific gravity reaches between
1.250 and 1.300. This would be equivalent to a new battery. If you don’t
have a hydrometer to measure specific gravity, you can check the voltage
while the battery charger is on. If the voltage is over 15 volts, the
battery is fully reconditioned. This process takes from 24 hours to as
much as several days for a badly sulfated battery. We offer a Battery
Reconditioning Service if you do not want to recondition your own battery.
You can drop off your battery and we will recondition it for you. We also
sell reconditioned batteries for 40% of the cost of a new
battery.
• To accelerate the de-sulfating process, turn the battery charger off if the
battery voltage is at least 11.5 volts. Leave the electronic device
connected and allow it to run by itself for 12 hours. Then turn the
battery charger on and allow it to run for 12 hours with the battery
charger on. Do this alternately until the specific gravity is within
range.
• To maintain working batteries, install the electronic device on each battery or bank
of batteries. It rejuvenates the batteries while the vehicle is operating.
This causes more power to be available from the battery and causes less
power to be needed to charge the battery. This is the best way to extend
the life of your batteries. It’s like having a brand new battery every
time you start your vehicle.
Applications/Models To Recondition
Your Battery
These electronic devices are
suited to all types of lead acid batteries -
Flooded, Gel, and AGM. It
can be used on
individual batteries and battery banks of all
sizes. They
are reverse polarity protected - if they are hooked up in reverse, they
will draw current but will not damage the battery or themselves. The case
is isolated. They can be used in parallel with a charging source. Each
unit is approximately 4.5 inches wide by 2.25 inches deep by 2 inches high
and weighs 11.4 ounces. The electronics are potted in an anodized aluminum
heat sink, protecting them from the environment.

For use with 36 volt battery powered vehicles. Can be
mounted on the vehicle to constantly keep the batteries in optimum
condition or can be used in conjunction with a battery charger to
recondition your batteries. Comes with 3/8 lugs for attachment to the
battery terminals. Maximum current draw 0.5 amps; average 0.25 amps.
Voltage window: 12 volts to 45 volts. $119.95

for 48 volt renewable energy battery banks or use with battery powered
vehicles. Ideally mounted full time to constantly keep the batteries in
